How will I benefit?
Individual consultations offer you a personalised support programme tailored to your specific needs.
I will help you change habits, think differently around food and help you get in charge with a fresh perspective, without any restrictions. I will also share with you techniques to identify and overcome challenges preventing you from losing weight and eating healthily.
During the first session, we focus on your goals, lifestyle and diet. This consultation usually lasts about an hour. Here we identify what you would like to achieve.
A tailor made, healthy eating plan will be developed for you and we will address any challenges you are facing.
The number of follow up consultations depends on your requirements. I usually recommend about 6 weeks as a starting commitment.
Why? Because 6 weeks is short enough to be achievable and long enough to establish new improved habits.
Within this time you’ll notice a real change for the better, feel wonderful, and be well on your way to achieving your ideal weight.
Appointments are held at my studio in Harrow Weald or at your home or office.
6 WEEK GROUP PROGRAMME
The aim of the programme is to provide weight management support and motivation for healthy weight loss. Different topics are covered each week. The group meets at my home in Harrow Weald on Tuesday mornings or evenings.
The sessions ar
e low key, friendly and supportive. Places are limited to allow for informality and optimum benefit.
If you enjoy meeting others and feel comfortable chatting about food and weight issues, this is for you.
Regular weight checks are optional and are private. Check out what previous clients have said about the group sessions.
