About Ros & WeightExpectations

I set up WeightExpectations in 2009 because I felt there was a need to help people understand how to achieve lasting weight loss without the stress of dieting. We all know too well, the emotional ups and downs of trying to lose weight and how it can affect our eating.

My experience lies partly in my own dieting history, combined with my training in weight management and nutrition.  My main focus is on helping people concentrates on  ’breaking free’ from the dieting cycle and improving the relationship with food which includes tailormade food plans that are realistic.

I welcome clients of all backgrounds and all ages, helping those who want guidance on how to simply eat more healthily, to those with more challenging difficulties . We work together to understand and address the cause of any obstacles and then I am able to provide strategies appropriate for your individual needs.  I work with you in a practical, supportive and respectful way.
